Return Policy

At Kamal Choice, we follow a strict and transparent return policy.

🔴 Returns are accepted ONLY if the product is damaged or if an incorrect product is delivered.

🔴 Returns for reasons such as size issues, color preference, design choice, or change of mind are NOT accepted.

Conditions for Return Eligibility:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The opening process

    • The damage or wrong product

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Any return request without a valid unboxing video or raised after 3 days of delivery will be rejected.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order using the contact details provided below.

 


 

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only for approved returns that meet our return policy conditions.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 


 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are NOT offered except in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

All exchange requests must follow the same conditions as the return policy, including submission of an unboxing video within 3 days of delivery.

If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy.
